Work with me

Graduate Students

I am always looking to supervise talented graduate students, both at the Master’s and PhD level. If you share an interest in HCI research, particularly in areas like virtual reality, augmented reality, digital health, and human-AI collaboration, do not hesitate to get in touch with me.

Graduate students can work under my supervision in a few different ways. I am able to supervise UWaterloo students in Computer Science, Systems Design Engineering, and Management Science and Engineering, so applying to any one of these programs opens a path toward working with me.

My graduate students typically work at the Games Institute on the UWaterloo main campus, where they will get their own workstation and access to the latest technology as well as labs, collaboration spaces, and meeting rooms.

Research Assistants and Co-Ops

I occasionally hire co-ops and part-time research assistants, both at the undergraduate and graduate level, based on my research team’s needs and available funding.

Collaborators

I actively collaborate on grants and research projects with researchers from different disciplines, institutions, and countries. Please reach out if you would like to discuss possible projects with me.
